Thank you for supporting our family-owned and operated business. At Paleteria Azteca, we take pride in crafting delicious popsicles and ice creams for everyone to enjoy.

Our journey began in March 2016 in the heart of Tustin, California, but our passion for ice cream and popsicles has deep roots in our family history. It all started with our grandfather in Michoacan, Mexico, who made popsicles from scratch and churned ice cream in a traditional wooden barrel using a mixture of water and salt to freeze it. While we have modernized our methods, we remain dedicated to preserving that homemade touch and the tradition of quality.

Everything at Paleteria Azteca is made on-site with care and attention to detail. We source the freshest, locally available ingredients to create our wide range of flavors. From creamy, milk-based treats to refreshing, water-based options, there is something for everyone. With over 60 flavors of popsicles and 30 flavors of ice cream to choose from, the hardest part is deciding what to enjoy first!
